At FuturrNovate, we strive to ensure every client is satisfied with our services. However, due to the nature of digital services and the labor involved, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy.
1. Project Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable. The initial deposit covers the cost of reserving resources, setting up the project environment, and the initial consultation/design phase.
2. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a project:
- You must notify us in writing via email.
- If the project is cancelled mid-way, you will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date (hourly or milestone-based).
- Ownership of all incomplete work remains with FuturrNovate until payment for the completed portion is settled.
3. Revisions
Our project proposals include a specific number of revision rounds (usually 2-3). Additional revisions outside the scope of the original agreement will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
4. Post-Launch Issues
We provide a 30-day warranty period after launch to fix any bugs related to our code. Issues caused by third-party plugins, hosting changes, or client modifications after launch are not covered under warranty and will be billed separately or covered under a maintenance plan.
