1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or hiring FuturrNovate for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Intellectual Property
Client Ownership: Upon full payment, the client is granted full ownership of the final source code and design assets produced during the project.
FuturrNovate Rights: We reserve the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and use it for marketing purposes unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
3. Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit (typically 40-50%) is required to commence any project.
- Remaining balances are due upon project milestones or completion as outlined in your specific proposal.
- Late payments may incur an additional fee of 5% per week.
4. Client Obligations
You agree to provide all necessary content (text, images, credentials) in a timely manner. Delays in providing these assets will result in a delay in the project timeline.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FuturrNovate, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
